About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Lead Specialist with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and other digital lead generation strategies. This role requires excellent team handling skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in driving high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate projects.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and Display Marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and ensure ROI-driven results.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website performance to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with project goals.
  • Handle team management, including digital executives/agencies, to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, real estate marketing tools, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and remarketing strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in real estate digital marketing & lead generation.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, PPC, Display & Video campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM tools).
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver cost-per-lead (CPL) within targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools, strategies, and trends.
  • Prior experience in team handling and vendor/agency management.
