Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive/Manager who will single-handedly manage and elevate our digital presence across all platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers to gain direct, hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing while working independently in a prime Noida location.

Immediate Mission: Bring our social media handles to life and create engaging digital experiences for our audience

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
• Create engaging, creative, and professional content using Canva and other design tools
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor social media trends and implement best practices for the real estate industry
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
• Conduct keyword research specifically for real estate market
• Analyze website traffic and social media analytics to optimize performance

Content Creation & Management

• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Canva
• Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy
• Manage and update website content regularly

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on digital marketing campaign performance
• Monitor ROI of digital marketing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Social Media Management: Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
• Canva Proficiency: Advanced skills in creating professional graphics and designs
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques
• Content Creation: Excellent writing and visual content creation abilities
• Real Estate Marketing: Understanding of property marketing strategies (preferred but not mandatory)

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
• Understanding of WordPress or website content management systems
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads (preferred)
