Role Overview: The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all production aspects of fashion shoots. This includes budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, resource allocation, and ensuring the creative team has everything they need to deliver exceptional results on time. ■ Key Responsibilities: Pre-Production Coordinate with the creative director/marketing team to understand shoot concepts and deliverables. Prepare detailed production schedules, call sheets, and shot lists. Source and book talent (models, makeup artists, stylists, assistants). Arrange shoot locations, studio bookings, permits, and logistics. Procure or coordinate props, wardrobe, set design, and equipment rentals. Manage budgets and negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers. On-Set Management Oversee shoot day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for all crew and talent during production. Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues (technical, logistical, or personnel). Ensure brand guidelines and safety standards are met at all times. Post-Production Coordination Handover files, references, and notes to the post-production team. Track deliverables and ensure edits meet deadlines. Maintain production archives, receipts, and vendor databases for future shoots. ■ Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–5 years in production management, preferably in fashion, photography, or advertising. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills. Familiarity with fashion shoot workflows, lighting, and camera equipment basics. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a calm, problem-solving mindset. Proficient in production tools (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, call sheet software). Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
