Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SQL Developer located in Bhubaneswar. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and applications. Daily tasks include writing and optimizing SQL queries, implementing data models, working closely with other IT team members to support application development and reporting requirements, ensuring database performance, and maintaining data security. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide support for data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL query writing, optimization, and database design
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with database performance tuning and indexing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database management systems
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for database management and security
