Overview

We are looking for a
Data Engineering Developer
with a strong focus on
Power BI
and
Reporting solutions
to support enterprise data initiatives from offshore.

This role combines hands-on
data engineering and ETL development
with
business intelligence/reporting delivery
, ensuring that business stakeholders have timely and accurate insights.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in
SQL, Fabric / Azure Services, and Power BI
, capable of building scalable
data pipelines
, while also developing
high-quality dashboards and reports
that enable better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Integration

  • Develop and maintain
    ETL/ELT pipelines
    to load and transform data into data warehouses and marts.
  • Work with onsite data architects and engineers to ensure
    data quality, consistency, and performance
    .
  • Build optimized
    SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
    to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Support integration of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into reporting environments.

Power BI & Reporting Development

  • Manage
    tenant security & compliance, workspace, and user management
    (access policies and RLS), along with monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Design, develop, and publish
    Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and self-service datasets
    .
  • Implement data models (
    star schema, snowflake, data marts
    ) tailored for reporting.
