Job Description: Oracle WMS Cloud SME

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of inventory processes and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in 34 full-cycle Oracle WMS Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle WMS Cloud functionalities, configuration, and best practices to project teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design effective WMS solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and optimize warehouse workflows and business rules within Oracle WMS Cloud.
  • Support integration efforts between Oracle WMS Cloud and other enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into warehouse operations and performance.
  • Train end-users and stakeholders on Oracle WMS Cloud processes and features.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud.
  • Proven track record of 3–4 key Oracle WMS Cloud implementation projects.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management concepts and processes (preferred).
  • Experience in report building and dashboard creation using Oracle WMS Cloud or related tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
