About the Role

As an
Oracle WMS Functional Consultant
, you'll work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Warehouse Management System solutions. You'll be the go-to SME for production operations, ensuring seamless warehouse execution, system stability, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and IT analysts to translate requirements into functional designs.
  • Support development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
  • Act as SME for production operations, root cause analysis & incident resolution.
  • Work with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.
  • Lead configuration, enhancement, and integration activities across WMS functions.

  • RF / Mobile Device Support
  • Added Advantage: Returns Processing, Reporting, Yard/Truck Management, Integration (OM/OTM).

Must-Have Skills

  • 6–10 years' experience in Oracle Discrete & Process Manufacturing.
  • 4–6 years' hands-on experience in Oracle Applications Suite & Oracle tech stack.
  • 2–3 full cycle WMS implementations (EBS/Fusion).
  • Strong expertise in Shipping, Receiving, Putaway, Picking Strategies, and Wave Planning.
  • MSCA experience (customization, RF device management).
  • Exposure to Fusion Order Management and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • WMS-related certifications preferred (optional but advantageous).
