Job Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly call reports and performance metrics to supervisors.

Required Skills

• Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence customer decisions positively.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
• Professional Demeanor: Polite, patient, and confident on calls.
• Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to handle objections and rejections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
• Prior experience in logistics, security tech, or SaaS is a bonus

Pay: ₹8, ₹35,443.75 per month

Work Location: In person
