  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience in building and shipping consumer-facing products and features using Large Language Model (LLM).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience in product management, specifically working on AI/ML product quality (e.g., building eval sets, evaluating side-by-side reports, writing platinums/goldens for LLM responses).
  • Technical understanding of vision ML systems (e.g., object detection, embeddings, clustering).

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a product strategy to grow search share in India, focusing on core quality improvements motivated by local user needs.
  • Advocate the development of hyper-contextual and locally relevant answers that address cultural nuances in key journeys like Shopping, Education (EDU), health, and creation (image/video generation).
  • Drive the integration of engaging formats like videos, generative diagrams, and images into AI Overviews (AIO) and AI Mode (AIM) to improve answer helpfulness and explainability.
  • Own the end-to-end quality lifecycle for India specific use cases, from curating evaluation sets and defining platinum answers to analyzing side-by-side evaluations to iterate with engineering on model improvements.
  • Partner with Engineering and Research teams to deliver AI feature capabilities, such as code execution and agentic multimodal flows, ensuring they are tailored and discoverable for users in India.
