About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Product to lead product strategy and development at our fast-growing SaaS company. You will drive our product vision across critical modules, including Search, Employees, Users, Roles & Permissions, Customer & Vendor Management modules. As a senior leader, you will champion collaboration and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for Search, User Management, Roles & Permissions, Customer & Vendor Management modules. Identify problems & opportunities by deeply understanding user needs Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other product teams Lead a team of product managers, providing mentorship, guidance, coaching, and professional development. Drive technical discussions and decisions: define workflows, work closely with engineering on API & system architecture design. Build and ship features using the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) process, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs. Define, analyze and communicate metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making Represent the product vision internally and externally; influence at leadership and peer level Drive continuous improvements around product and process, championing a customer-first mentality Ensure product requirements are clear, actionable, and in line with company's business goalsRequirements
10+ years hands-on product management experience building SaaS products (preferably in B2B space) Demonstrated experience building and shipping features end-to-end using structured PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) methodologies. Deep experience designing and improving modules in: Search & Discovery Employees, Users, Roles & Permissions Customer and Vendor ManagementStrong technical acumen: Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform components. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams. Track record of hiring, managing, and mentoring product managers or cross-functional product teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to transform problems into solutions and ship products that delight end-users Shipped features to improve product implementation velocity Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
Preferred Skills
