Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Oracle Fusion Functional Specialist - SCM (Supply Chain Management). The role involves providing functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion SCM applications, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions. Responsibilities also include integration support, consulting internal or external stakeholders, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless functionality of Oracle applications and business processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain management and the ability to align these with Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Expertise in consulting and providing solutions to meet clients' specific requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, in particular Oracle SCM and Oracle HR modules.
  • Proficiency in integration processes with Oracle Applications to ensure smooth system connectivity and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications are a plus.
