As an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting our Oracle Fusion Financials landscape. You'll leverage your expertise to solve complex business challenges, streamline finance operations, and enable automation and AI-driven insights. Job Description

What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management (RMCS), Subscription Management (OSS), and Accounts Receivable modules, providing end-to-end production support and permanent resolution of issues.

• Manage and optimize configurations, setups, and controls across revenue-related modules, supporting AR processes such as invoicing, collections, and cash applications.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyze issues, identify gaps, and design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.

• Lead and participate in testing cycles for enhancements, new features, projects, patches, and releases.

• Implement automation and process improvements using Oracle Process Automation, Groovy scripting, or third-party RPA tools.

• Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features, assessing their business impact and driving adoption readiness.

• Partner cross-functionally with integrations, security, and reporting teams to ensure seamless data and process flow.

What you'll bring

Required

• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of techno-functional experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, preferably within global enterprises.

• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following modules (configuration is mandatory): Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management (RMCS), or Subscription Management.

• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash business flow.

• Ability to write and debug SQL/PLSQL queries and work with Oracle Fusion APIs.

• Experience creating BI Publisher or FRS reports and dashboards.

• Exposure to Agile environments and global cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred

• Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, CM).

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.

• Experience in performance tuning, automation, and process optimization.
