ABOUT THIS ROLE

Were looking for a driven and capable Project Manager with 35 years of relevant experience to join our delivery team You'll be responsible for making sure things actually get done—on time, under pressure, and across disciplines.

This is a critical role where you'll manage end-to-end project execution across software and automation domains. You'll be the bridge between the various technological teams, execution teams and external clients. This role demands presence. Not just in meetings, but at customer sites, in planning reviews, and when things go off-script.

Ideal candidates will bring a structured approach, ownership mindset, and the ability to navigate fast-paced delivery environments involving cross-functional coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own project delivery from kickoff to sign-off, with full accountability for scope, schedule, and execution.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, automation, QA, procurement) to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Act as the primary interface for the internal teams—owning updates, reviews, escalations, and relationship management.
  • Clear, confident communication—both spoken and written. Precision in thought and delivery is non-negotiable.
  • Assess progress, unblock field issues, and coordinate on-ground activities.
  • Document and manage all project artefacts: SoWs, trackers, minutes, schedules, change requests, and reports.
  • Conduct regular internal reviews and customer status meetings to maintain rhythm and visibility.
  • Monitor project resource utilization, flagging deviations proactively.
  • Escalate early, solve efficiently, and communicate clearly.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in IT software & automation
  • Prior exposure to real-world deployments in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation preferred.
  • Strong academic background—engineering or technical degree from a reputed institute with solid scores.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or relevant certifications are a definite plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites based on project needs.
