Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to identify, engage, and deliver top talent for priority roles within JPMorgans Functions segment. You will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and provide market insights to support strategic hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage passive talent for priority roles across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct strategic outreach campaigns using Boolean, X-ray, and advanced search techniques.
  • Collaborate with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and stakeholders to hire top talent.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships through proactive engagement and outreach.
  • Screen and present candidate profiles efficiently to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and provide talent availability insights.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to research market trends, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
