Role Overview

We're hiring a
Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, educating them, and helping them secure their future. Your job is simple but important: explain, guide, and convert conversations into trust-based relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who can show up consistently, communicate confidently, and cares about delivering honest service.

What You Will Do

● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

● Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and options

● Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email

● Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions

● Handle customer questions with patience and clarity

● Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs

● Support the team's growth and maintain high communication standards

● Strong communication in Malayalam (English is a bonus)

● Basic computer knowledge

Who Can Apply
