  • Identify, research, and generate potential client leads in target industries using outbound strategies such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Initiate first-level contact with prospects, understand their business requirements, and present suitable digital marketing service offerings.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communication, objection handling, and relationship-building to move them across the sales pipeline.
  • Set up qualified meetings and demos for the business development or sales team, and support in client negotiations and deal closures when needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of agency offerings (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc.) to confidently pitch and convert leads into clients.
  • Track all sales activities, calls, emails, proposals, and client interactions using CRM tools to maintain an updated sales funnel.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, proposals shared, and successful closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and account teams to refine outreach strategies based on industry trends, campaign performance, and feedback from prospects.
  • Participate in client meetings, proposal discussions, and negotiation rounds to support final conversion and onboarding of new clients.
  • Attend networking events, webinars, exhibitions, and industry meetups to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility and presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
