We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef for our restaurant in Vadakara.

Required Expertise:

• Traditional Kerala Fish dishes (Alleppey & Kottayam style)
• Fish Tawa items
• Duck and Chicken dishes
• Appam varieties
• Angamaly Mango Curry
• Beef specialities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of fish dishes, with expertise in Alleppey and Kottayam-style preparations.
• Master the art of Fish Tawa Fry and other seafood specialties.
• Expertly prepare and cook various Duck items, showcasing traditional Kerala recipes.
• Prepare a range of Chicken dishes according to our menu specifications.
• Skillfully prepare traditional Appam.
• Prepare authentic Angamaly Manga Curry.
• Handle the preparation and cooking of various Beef items as per traditional recipes.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in menu development and innovation, suggesting new dishes or improvements.

Location: Vadakara, Calicut

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Kerala cuisine preferred
