  • Engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Educate customers about CBS/CLS offerings and provide a complete bathing experience demonstration.
  • Share qualified customer leads with the sales team for effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and guidance for customers after their OC (Orientation Centre) visit.
  • Promote new product launches, highlighting USPs, design innovations, and benefits
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and conversion targets across CBS and CLS verticals.
  • Educate customers about the entire product portfolio, including competitive benchmarking and value propositions.
  • Assist customers in locating the nearest dealers or showrooms for easy purchase access.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and ensure product displays are as per brand guidelines.
  • Oversee OC inventory management, ensuring 100% stock accuracy and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium ambience within the OC.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, material availability, and closure of sales.
