Learning and Development Specialist

Location- Noida

CTC-10-12 L

  • Spearhead end-to-end project management of multiple learning initiatives, from requirement gathering to execution and moderation,ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across key academies/accounts to understand upskilling requirements and deliver tailored learning solutions.
  • Design and manage curriculum, eLearning modules, videos, and other digital learning objects using LMS platforms, ensuring high-quality content and seamless learner experience.
  • Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) functionalities, with strong proficiency in managing instructor-ledtrainings and digital learning programs.
  • Drive learner engagement strategies, ensuring impactful learning journeys and continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics.
  • Apply cross-cultural awareness to create inclusive learning environments and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and learning delivery, aligned with organizational digital transformation goals.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by understanding organizational dynamics and proposing learning solutions that reflect current business scenarios.
  • Provide consultative support to HR and business stakeholders,translating learning needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Ensure customer-centric learning experiences, regularly gathering feedback and refining programs to meet evolving expectations.
