Job Description:

Senior BI Analyst (Markets Loyalty CRM)

What you'll be doing

• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from SQL, Excel, Azure, and other sources for real-time reporting.

• Apply strong data modeling and UX principles in Power BI, including DAX, row-level security, and performance optimization to support business KPIs.

• Translate complex business problems into structured, data-driven insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

• Bring deep domain expertise in Mobility and CPG analytics, including KPI benchmarking, incrementality measurement, and campaign evaluation.

• Demonstrates strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capability to negotiate, influence decisions, and align diverse stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives.

• Design and execute A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and pre-post analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and business impact.

• Build scalable tools and frameworks to monitor and enhance Loyalty/CRM performance across customer segments.

• Deliver insights through compelling storytelling, making advanced analytics accessible to non-technical audiences.

• Conduct root cause analysis and deep-dives to answer critical business questions and uncover hidden opportunities.

• Independently develop data quality assessment frameworks and automate campaign analysis workflows for efficiency.

What you bring

• Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Excel for data extraction and manipulation.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.

• Intermediate understanding of Python for data automation and analysis.

• Experience working with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Alteryx is a plus.

• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, including:

  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

  • Hypothesis testing

  • Univariate and multivariate analysis
