Senior BI Analyst (Markets Loyalty CRM)What you'll be doing
Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from SQL, Excel, Azure, and other sources for real-time reporting.
Apply strong data modeling and UX principles in Power BI, including DAX, row-level security, and performance optimization to support business KPIs.
Translate complex business problems into structured, data-driven insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
Bring deep domain expertise in Mobility and CPG analytics, including KPI benchmarking, incrementality measurement, and campaign evaluation.
Demonstrates strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capability to negotiate, influence decisions, and align diverse stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives.
Design and execute A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and pre-post analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Build scalable tools and frameworks to monitor and enhance Loyalty/CRM performance across customer segments.
Deliver insights through compelling storytelling, making advanced analytics accessible to non-technical audiences.
Conduct root cause analysis and deep-dives to answer critical business questions and uncover hidden opportunities.
Independently develop data quality assessment frameworks and automate campaign analysis workflows for efficiency.
What you bring
Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
Intermediate understanding of Python for data automation and analysis.
Experience working with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Alteryx is a plus.
Solid foundation in statistical analysis, including:
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Hypothesis testing
Univariate and multivariate analysis
