About the Role

Incuwise is hiring a
Full-Stack Blockchain Developer
to lead the end-to-end build of a new crypto intelligence platform under incubation. You'll be responsible for developing a real-time dashboard product with wallet analytics, on-chain verification tools, NFT-based utility — powered by
XRPL
— along with a companion
mobile app built in Flutter
.

This role is perfect for a hands-on builder who enjoys full autonomy and solving both frontend and backend challenges — including smart contracts, blockchain data pipelines, cross-platform app development, and advanced Web3 integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Build the complete
    web app
    using , , MongoDB
  • Develop a
    mobile application
    using
    Flutter
    , integrated with the platform
  • Integrate with
    XRPL blockchain
    : wallet auth, token handling, escrow flows
  • Implement
    NFT minting and marketplace features
    (perks, wallet sync, real-time access)
  • Set up basic
    smart contract logic
    for multi-sig and verification flows
  • Deploy platform securely on
    AWS or GCP
  • Optional: Integrate analytics APIs for compliance insights

Bonus If You Have

  • Previous experience building Web3 dashboards, NFT utility platforms, or crypto apps
  • Expertise in
    tokenomics or gated access models
  • Strong product judgment and ability to
    think like a founder
  • Familiarity with XRPL wallets like
  • Built
    cross-platform blockchain apps
    using Flutter before
