Job Title - Business Analyst-Reinsurance

  • Experience: 5 8 Years
  • Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Noida/Bangalore

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree

  • Preferrable to have some domain qualification/certification (MBA in Reinsurance/Insurance, III-Licentiate/Associate/Fellow, The Institutes-AINS/CPCU, etc.)

  • Key Requirement for the Position:

  • Should have working experience in IT industry and good understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Should have experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (MS-Office, Dev Ops, JIRA, Prototyping/Flowchart tools, etc.)
  • Reinsurance domain experience.
  • Understanding of Policy/Claims/Billing systems and life cycles would be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of US markets and products is an added advantage.
  • Should have experience managing international (US/European) clients.
