Role: Reinsurance Business Analyst Location: Pan India Mode Of Interview : virtual Work mode : Hybrid Job type: C2H Immediate Joiner's :15 Day's Experience:9-12 JD: Here is the JD: (REQ ID for Reinsurance BA:: QDTVO1) Business Analyst Reinsurance (ProCede Expertise Preferred) Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Reinsurance fundamentals and preferably hands-on experience with ProCede (FIS Global). The candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of reinsurance requirements within our PAS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document Reinsurance contract structures, terms, and calculation logic. - Collaborate with ETL developers to design and validate data pipelines for inbound and outbound integrations with the PAS system. - Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for data transformation and mapping. - Support testing and validation of reinsurance data flows and calculations. - Provide subject matter expertise on Reinsurance processes, including treaty and facultative arrangements. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong understanding of Reinsurance principles and calculations. - Experience with ProCede (FIS Global) or similar PAS systems is highly desirable. - Ability to work closely with technical teams on ETL and data integration projects. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
