  • Cold Call potential clients & schedule site visits.
  • Conduct project walkthroughs & clearly explain offerings.
  • Coordinate effectively with CRM & post-sales teams.
  • Achieve site visit and booking targets consistently.
  • Handle premium Sobha residential projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of
    Residential Real Estate Sales
    experience.
  • Minimum graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
  • Good network of
    Channel Partners (CP)
    .
  • Background in
    Builder firm or CP firm
    strongly preferred.
  • Willing to work weekends and driven by sales targets.
  • CRM exposure (Salesforce preferred).
