to lead and manage multiple learning programs—tech bootcamps, crash courses, and hybrid formats. You'll ensure top-quality curriculum design, mentor coordination, and resource development. Your role includes launching new courses, improving existing ones, and enabling instructors for both live and digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Manage Courses
- Create 4-month bootcamps (recorded + live), crash courses, and modular programs based on market and learner needs.
- Define learning goals, session plans, activities (quizzes, group work, MCQs), and gamified rewards.
2. Collaborate with Mentors/Instructors
- Connect and guide mentors to deliver crash courses and specialized programs effectively.
- Help mentors with curriculum structure, session design, and e-learning tools.
3. Develop and Upgrade Learning Resources
- Oversee creation and improvement of recorded lessons, webinars, handouts, labs, projects, and multimedia materials.
- Ensure quality and accessibility across platforms (LMS, webinars, downloadable content).
4. Instructor Enablement
- Train and support instructors in best practices for live sessions, recordings, engagement, and assessments.
- Maintain clear documentation for syllabi, session guides, and teaching resources.
5. Continuous Program Improvement
- Stay updated on tech trends and learner needs.
- Monitor course relevance and update content regularly.
- Use feedback and analytics to improve engagement and completion rates.
6. Student Support
- Build learner communities and reward programs.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in instructional/curriculum design for bootcamps, crash courses, or online programs.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple formats and rapid launches.
- Excellent communication for mentor and instructor collaboration.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, webinar tools, and assessment methods.
- Analytical mindset for program improvement and scaling.
- Highly organized and adaptable.
Bonus
- Experience managing large-scale cohorts or multi-format programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of coding, tech education, or emerging skills.
