Summary/Objective
We are seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our global Learning & Development team. In this
role, you will focus on designing and producing high-quality eLearning and digital learning assets that support
Reveleer's U.S. and India-based employees and U.S. based-customers. You will collaborate closely with subject matter
experts and the U.S. instructional design team to translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear,
engaging learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and
passionate about building digital content that drives learning impact across a global workforce.
Essential Functions

• Collaborate with U.S.-based instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and
objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement instructional materials, including but not limited to e-learning modules, videos,
simulations, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning
experiences.
• Develop clear learning objectives and align instructional content with desired outcomes.
• Select and use appropriate instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and functionality of eLearning content
before release.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and SMEs quickly to meet project timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult
education.
• Partner with cross-functional L&D team members to support training and development initiatives globally.
• Maintain version control and organized file management for learning content and assets.
• Provide input on improving content development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related field (or equivalent
practical experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in instructional design.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing digital learning solutions (e.g., e-learning, videos, job aids,
simulations).
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Information
Mapping/FS Pro, Vyond, or similar) with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical or healthcare content for
diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting
priorities across global teams.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for designing engaging, interactive, and accessible learning
experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality and consistency.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed, collaborative team across time zones.
