Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Generalist will handle recruitment, implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and manage benefits administration. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational development through effective HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
  • Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and collaborate with various teams
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India is a plus
