Primary Title: MIS Executive
Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end MIS delivery: gather, cleanse, validate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports and KPI trackers to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain automated Excel reports and VBA macros; develop repeatable templates and reduce manual steps through scripting and scheduling.
  • Build and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to surface operational insights and trend analysis.
  • Author efficient SQL queries to extract, aggregate and reconcile data from transactional sources; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Drive reporting process improvements and automation (ETL scheduling, alerts, version control) to increase accuracy and reduce turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements, set SLAs, and enforce data governance and quality checks.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in MIS, reporting or data analysis (onsite role preference).
  • Expert-level MS Excel including VBA/Macros, PivotTables and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau and delivering actionable visualisations.
  • Practical SQL skills for data extraction, joins, aggregations and basic ETL tasks.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Apps Script or MS Access for lightweight ETL and reporting workflows.
  • Experience with reporting automation tools (Power Automate, scheduled ETL jobs) and basic data modelling concepts.
