Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Developer to lead and mentor a remote engineering team building scalable, secure applications for healthcare. You will own architecture, guide best practices, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in healthcare AI.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team and lead a project to completion.
  • Excel as an engineer and be a productive member of the team
  • Design and develop both front-end (ReactJS) and back-end (NodeJS) applications.
  • Create and maintain APIs, servers, and databases for functionality and performance.
  • Drive projects from concept to deployment, ensuring technical and business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
  • Maintain documentation, tools, and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster team growth through training and mentoring

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Next.JS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Trello, or Linear.
  • Strong Git expertise and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing, automation, and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for front-end / back-end deployment.

Nice to Have: Chrome Extension Development, Mobile App development experience using React Native, Docker/Kubernetes, US healthcare domain experience, HIPAA compliance exposure.
