1.3. Scope of Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for representing C&W in the project, lead the teams, managing all the stakeholders & managing all the aspects of the project as per our signed off contractual obligations while maintaining cordial relations with client so that there aren't any escalations.

The purpose of this role is delivering the project with exceeding client expectations in all the aspects of the project operations with zero escalations

Major Activities

Stakeholder management

  • Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority & confidence

Operational Efficiency

  • Site operations must be managed efficiently & project milestones, cash flow to be achieved

Documentation control

  • Complete governance on the project documentation for all stages of project & audits

Project P&L

  • Ownership of project P&L & lead it with profitability w.r.t invoicing & client payments

Other

  • Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
  • Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
  • Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
  • Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business

  • Extensive experience in the greenfield project with complete knowledge of the complete lifecycle of the projects
1.8. Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ PMP certification, understanding of all the technical aspects of the greenfield projects
