Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a critical role in our creative department, focusing primarily on the conceptualization and execution of innovative brochure designs alongside other graphic materials. This position demands a blend of creative flair, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to deliver visually appealing designs that communicate effectively with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and innovate in the design of various marketing materials, with a focus on brochures, ensuring that each project communicates effectively and aligns with the client's branding strategy.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize design ideas that meet business objectives.

Create and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques and processes into daily work.

Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

Requirements
Proven experience of 5+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brochure design and other marketing materials.

Mastery of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Exceptional creativity and innovation in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferable.
