Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Client Servicing Manager
who will lead client engagement, oversee delivery excellence, and drive account growth across strategic projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, problem-solver, and team leader who understands real estate marketing, digital production, and 3D visualization workflows.

This role demands both
strategic oversight
and
hands-on involvement
—ensuring client satisfaction, on-time project delivery, and continuous relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients and real estate developers.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships through trust, transparency, and value-driven communication.
  • Understand client objectives and business needs to deliver customized visualization and marketing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account portfolios.

2. Project Governance & Delivery Management

  • Oversee multiple high-value projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Collaborate closely with design, 3D visualization, production, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure seamless coordination across all touchpoints.

3. Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives to enhance performance and client communication standards.
  • Establish best practices for client onboarding, delivery tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth decision-making.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Growth

  • Track project metrics, delivery efficiency, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and account growth plans.

Requirements & Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in
    Client Servicing / Account Management
    , preferably in
    Real Estate, PropTech, Creative Agency, or 3D Visualization sectors
    .
  • Strong understanding of project delivery in design, visualization, or digital marketing environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., , Asana, Zoho, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving results.
