Job Overview

ProductHood School is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer for a full-time position in Delhi. The candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of work experience and excel in developing intuitive user experiences. The role involves driving innovation to enhance our educational programs and ensuring user engagement through creative design solutions. This is a challenging role for those who seek to marry creativity with practical solutions in a leading-edge learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in user experience design environments, focusing on creating impactful user experiences.
  • Proficient in conducting user research to understand user needs and translate findings into design solutions.
  • Expertise in wireframing tools and techniques to create well-structured prototypes and user interfaces.
  • Proficient in using Figma for design and collaboration, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture principles to enhance content organization, navigation, and user flow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality design outputs that align with brand aesthetics and user expectations.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the user experience design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather insights that drive design improvements and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing for a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in design processes and user engagement strategies, contributing to the evolution of our educational programs.
  • Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth within the team.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to iterate and improve the usability and effectiveness of our digital products.
