Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
with 3–4 years of experience to join our team at our Chhatarpur, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric website experiences that support our mission of delivering next-generation digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design responsive website layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve design quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into modern UI/UX solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand style guides.
  • Refine and enhance designs based on feedback and usability insights.
  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience
    as a UI/UX Designer with strong website design expertise.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, wireframes, prototypes, and UX case studies.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools including:
  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Canva
  • Sketch
    (optional)
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and information architecture.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience building or working with design systems.
  • Familiarity with Web-flow, WordPress, or front-end frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of micro-interactions or motion graphics.
  • Experience with analytics tools or A/B testing.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional UI/UX certifications are a plus.
