As we scale, we're looking for an Expert Video Editor cum Motion Designer skilled in neat, clean motion graphics animation for YouTube videos.

Proven portfolio demonstrating smooth, high-quality YouTube talking-head editing with animations akin to the reference videos below.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Deeply study the client reference videos to match their editing style and quality standard precisely.
• Refine the raw footage by making all the necessary cuts, color grading and LUTs.
• Improve audio quality by adjusting audio levels, removing background noise, distortion, or cracks in the audio to ensure a smooth listening experience for viewers.
• Source relevant B-Rolls videos, images, icons, etc data from stock footage sites, youtube videos, and other premium sites relevant to the context and which truly complements the visual experience.
• Incorporate visually appealing graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, and other engaging visual elements in the video.
• Plan and create visually-appealing custom animations from scratch in each video which according to the reference videos provided by company or client to enhance the overall visual experience.
• Implement effective sound-design in each video with relevant sound effects and music to keep the viewer hooked. Sound design should complement the video context and overall mood.
• Keep a strong eye on being consistent with color, font, theme style in editing of every client's channel.
• Understand the intended message or story of the videos and ensure that the editing supports and enhances the narrative flow of videos. Utilize pacing, timing, and sequencing techniques to create a compelling and engaging video experience.
• Work closely with our team to understand the vision and objectives of each client's video. Collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure the video aligns with desired outcome, incorporating feedback and suggestions to enhance the final product.
• Conduct a thorough review of edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adhere to platform specific requirements. Make necessary adjustments and revisions based on feedback or identified issues, ensuring the video meets high-quality standards.
• Effectively manage multiple videos projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery. Efficiently utilize time to complete editing tasks, maintaining a consistent workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with latest video editing techniques, youtube retention tactics, trends, editing software features, youtube copyright guidelines, etc to increase the overall impact of our every video project.
• Help the company to create smooth editing systems, training, and templates whenever needed to build a strong & efficient editing process.
