About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and passionate International Tour Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have in-depth destination knowledge, a flair for customer service, and the ability to craft personalized international holiday experiences. You will be responsible for end-to-end holiday planning, from client consultation to itinerary development, bookings, and post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customized Holiday Planning:

Design tailor-made international holiday packages for individuals and groups based on client preferences, budgets, and interests.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and exceptional service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Booking & Reservations:

Handle bookings for international flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, sightseeing tours, and activities.

  • Travel Itinerary Development:

Prepare detailed and well-structured travel itineraries, including multi-city and multi-country trips with complex logistics.

  • Budget Management:

Align travel plans with client budgets while ensuring high service standards and unique experiences.

  • Visa & Travel Insurance Assistance:

Guide clients on visa requirements and travel insurance (not mandatory but preferred).

  • Destination Expertise:

Offer expert advice on destinations across Europe and Asia, including hidden gems, local customs, and travel tips.

  • Sales & Upselling:

Proactively upsell premium services such as luxury accommodations, travel upgrades, and exclusive experiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international travel consulting or tour operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Asia and Europe travel destinations.
  • Experience in managing complex itineraries involving flights, cruises, and high-end accommodations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and upselling abilities.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software.
  • Graduation is not mandatory for candidates with the right experience and skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Knowledge of visa processing and travel insurance support.
  • Prior experience in luxury or group travel planning.
