Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as a Urologist in a healthcare setting, delivering specialized urology care.
- In-depth understanding of diagnosing and managing prostate diseases (Mandatory skill).
- Expert in reconstructive urology procedures and surgical interventions (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in endourology techniques for treating urinary tract disorders (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in performing laparoscopic surgeries with precision and care.
- Ability to provide compassionate and effective patient counseling, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Competency in diagnostic imaging to accurately assess and diagnose urological conditions.
- Proficiency in urodynamics for evaluating conditions related to urinary tract function.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with disorders of the genitourinary system, ensuring patient-centered care.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures related to urology, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Manage and treat conditions such as prostate diseases, kidney stones, and bladder dysfunctions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct patient consultations, offering expertise and explaining complex information in layman's terms.
- Engage in continuous education to keep up to date with new urological treatments and technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow medical and ethical guidelines in patient care.
