**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient consultations, obtaining detailed medical histories and performing comprehensive physical examinations, with a specific focus on the urogenital system.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including but not limited to urinalysis, cystoscopy, urodynamic studies, ultrasound, CT scans, MRI scans, and biopsies.
- Diagnose a wide range of urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, male infertility, and urological cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their diagnosis, medical history, and preferences.
- Perform surgical procedures, both open and mínimally invasive, to treat urological conditions. This may include cystoscopies, ureteroscopies, nephrectomies, prostatectomies, bladder surgeries, and other related procedures.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and optimal recovery.
- Prescribe and manage medications for urological conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians, nephrologists, oncologists, and radiologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families about their urological conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in urology.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and other allied health professionals as needed.
- Participate in on-call duties as required by the department.
- Contribute to clinical research and scholarly activities, if desired.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
