About the Role
We're seeking a
Sales & Marketing Executive
who thrives at the intersection of
lead generation, client engagement, and go-to-market strategy
. You'll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline, connecting with decision-makers across the US, and supporting our business development efforts with precision and energy.
This is a
full-time role aligned with US business hours and holidays
.
Key Responsibilities
Research and generate qualified leads using
ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
, and other tools.
Build and manage a
robust sales pipeline
to align with company growth goals.
Schedule
client calls, demos, and meetings
across multiple US time zones.
Create and maintain
sales collaterals
— pitch decks, case studies, proposals.
Keep CRM systems (
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho
) updated with accurate lead and pipeline data.
Draft
outreach campaigns
(email, LinkedIn, etc.) and align with marketing content strategies.
Track
market trends and competitor activity
, providing insights to refine sales strategies.
Support
business development initiatives
like webinars, events, and partnerships.
Provide regular reports on
pipeline health and sales performance metrics
.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years
of experience in sales support, business development, or marketing (preferably IT services, SaaS, or AI).
Proven expertise in
lead generation tools
(ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
Strong communication and presentation skills — written and verbal.
Hands-on with
CRM platforms
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Flexibility to
work in US business hours
and follow the US holiday calendar.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in
AI/ML, SaaS, or IT services sales
.
Familiarity with
outreach automation & marketing tools
(Mailchimp, , HubSpot Marketing).
Knowledge of
SEO, content marketing, analytics
.
Exposure to
international clients & US sales cycles
.
A
self-starter
mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills.
