Job Title: Welder – MIG / TIG / Arc

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Gender: Male

Qualification: ITI / NCVT in Welding or Fabrication

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding; ability to read welding drawings & fabrication layouts

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform welding operations (MIG / TIG / Arc) as per technical drawings and industry standards.

  2. Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication layouts, and engineering blueprints.

  3. Inspect welded joints and ensure required quality and finishing.

  4. Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.

  5. Follow safety standards, PPE compliance, and safe work practices at all times.

  6. Work closely with supervisors to achieve daily production and fabrication targets.

Key Skills Required

  1. Proficiency in MIG / TIG / Arc welding operations

  2. Ability to read technical drawings & blueprints

  3. Knowledge of metal fabrication, cutting, and finishing

  4. Familiarity with welding safety standards and best practices

  5. Material handling, tool maintenance, and machine upkeep

  6. Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail

  7. Experience working with stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) materials

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
