Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Design and maintain efficient and scalable data models, schemas, and architecture to support analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure real-time monitoring, performance optimization, and data accuracy of BI dashboards.
  • Participate in data warehouse design, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
  • Support upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting for BI tools and data systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for BI solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, Product, and Operations teams to understand new BI/dashboard requirements.
  • Build self-serve dashboards that empower internal teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct campaign and conversion analysis to identify high-impact levers for improving performance.
  • Generate customer or hospital-level reports to identify upsell and retention opportunities.
  • Perform operational analytics to detect inefficiencies and improve workflows through root-cause and cohort analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver feature and product intelligence supporting UX and feature prioritization.
  • Develop predictive and segmentation models (e.g., payment propensity, behavior, or regional trends).
  • Deliver periodic strategic insight reports to influence product, operational, or campaign strategies.
  • Continuously propose and implement improvements to enhance the BI ecosystem and analytics framework.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data querying and analysis.
  • Exposure to Python and/or R for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and model prototyping.
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and large data flow configuration.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Experience working with healthcare data (claims, billing, EMR, HL7/FHIR) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital health environments.
