  • Coordinate daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the outpatient department, from patient registration to consultation.
  • Manage patient flow: Optimize patient movement through the department to reduce waiting times and improve efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments: Manage the scheduling of patient appointments and doctor consultations.
  • Liaise with other departments: Coordinate with diagnostic, pharmacy, billing, and medical records departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor quality and compliance: Implement and enforce hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment: Ensure the OPD area is clean, organized, and meets all necessary standards.
