Who are we:

What we want you to do: 

  • Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy

  • Identify and report discrepancies, such as spoilage, damage, or quantity mismatches

  • Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued, and dispatched

  • Unpack and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance

  • Store goods using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to prevent waste and deterioration

  • Package and dispatch materials as per internal guidelines, ensuring proper handling and on-time delivery

  • Update inventory sheets in Excel, track low stock items, and notify the manager for replenishment

  • Support additional inventory-related tasks as required.

 

What are we looking in you: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management in Pharma or Diagnostics

  • Experience in Pharma or Diagnostics will be preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking

  • Knowledge of FIFO and general inventory practices

  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse materials

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends
