Manage and secure all necessary permits for advertising and events. Qualifications:Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in offline marketing within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing offline marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and consumer behavior. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
