customer-facing team
and looking for energetic, fitness-aware

professionals to become the
face of Train Rex
in local communities.

Role: Wellness Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Sales Support

• Call and interact with new leads from events, referrals, and campaigns.
• Explain the 21-Day Challenge, fitness plans, and answer basic fitness/nutrition questions.
• Guide prospects preliminarily and then connect them with senior trainers/dieticians.

On-Ground Activation

• Represent Train Rex at society complexes, events, and wellness activations.
• Manage permissions with RWAs, coordinate stalls, and handle customer walk-ins.
• Be the first point of contact for participants at community events.

Fitness/Nutrition Support

• Provide
  basic guidance
  on diet & exercise (e.g., daily steps, healthy swaps, workout tips).
• Build trust with participants by being approachable and knowledgeable.
• Escalate detailed queries to expert PTs/dieticians.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate/Postgraduate in
  Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, or Physical Education
  (2024/2025 pass-outs welcome).
• Strong
  communication & interpersonal skills
  (English + Hindi).
• Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
• Comfortable with
  on-ground work
  (society visits, events, local marketing).
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
