Beauty Advisor

**Job Description -** (Duties to be performed)
- Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement
- Conducting trainings on Cosmetic & personal grooming products.
- Conducting demo of the products to the distributors.
- Will be handling billing as and when required.
- Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly

**Required Skills/competencies for the role**
**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable
- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings
- Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary)

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends
- Course in Make-up (preferable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)
- Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month.

**Work Experience - **0 - 5 years of experience as a professional Beauty Trainer

**Educational Requirements -** Graduate

**Location -** Ghaziabad and Ludhiana

**Age Limit - **25- 28 (Female)

**CTC Range - **Up to 25000

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
