Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Balwom Textiles India is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of Suits, Sarees, and Indo-Western wear, catering to both retail and wholesale customers. We take pride in our premium quality, service, and innovation in ethnic fashion.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and social media inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide product details, pricing, availability, and order updates to customers and distributors.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchange requests.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues to the HR or management team when required.
- Update customer databases and help in building strong client relationships.
- Support in gathering customer feedback and sharing insights for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer support (preferably in textile, retail, or fashion industry).
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- Skills: Good communication in Hindi and basic English, polite and professional phone etiquette, basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Personality: Patient, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
