*Account Assistant*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations

  • Perform daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve financial discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures

*Requirements:*

1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field

  • Proficiency in accounting software - Tally prime.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
