Role & responsibilities

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of SAP development experience, with 23 years of hands-on expertise in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environment.
  • Proven experience building cloud-native applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP UI5/Fiori, and SAP Business Application Studio.
  • Proficient in SAP HANA Cloud, including Core Data Services (CDS) modeling, and identity management using SAP IAS/XSUAA for authentication and authorization.
  • Skilled in backend development with and Java for BTP services.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP services, including Mobile Services, Workflow, Business Rules, and Destination Services.
  • Strong grasp of integration protocols and security standards such as REST, OData, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • SAP Certified Development Associate SAP BTP or SAP Extension Suite
  • Experience with SAP Event Mesh, SAP Build Apps (Low-Code/No-Code), or SAP Launchpad Service
