Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze data configuration between SAP S/4 and non-SAP applications to ensure uninterrupted information transfer.
  • Advise on corrective actions for failures in data flows.
  • Design, implement, and test complex interfaces for S/4 HANA in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations using SAP BTP (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
  • Work closely with functional consultants, roll-in teams, and customer teams to understand business needs.
  • Analyze existing IS interfaces from legacy SAP systems and implement solutions.
  • Perform issue analysis, defect fixing, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Create technical designs based on functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, functional teams, and stakeholders for successful solution implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders on SAP BTP Integration Suite best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodology, system architecture, and test automation standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with S/4 HANA migration experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP PO/PI, and interface/API development.
  • Experience with FIORI architecture, Launchpad configuration, and app integration/extension.
  • Knowledge of ABAP RAP, SAP CAPM, SAP UI5, and SAP Build.
  • Experience in integrating SAP with B2B/EDI/IDOC and third-party systems (on-premise, cloud, SaaS).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and multi-cloud BTP environments.
  • Working knowledge of Groovy scripts, XML, XSLT, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, JAVA, and J2EE.
  • Understanding of functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WM.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
